Assistance with Notification Configuration in DSpace 7.6.2

Dear Community Members,

I am using DSpace 7.6.2 and have configured the system to send all notifications to a single email address specified in the configuration file. However, I’ve noticed that when a submission is made or when there is a request to download a PDF of a private file, the notifications are being sent to the repository administrators instead of the specified email address.

I would appreciate any guidance on how to adjust this configuration to ensure that all notifications are sent exclusively to the configured email address.
