How to sort the Chinese items with pinyin?

Hi all,

I have installed an instance with DSpace7.2, and I have created several Chinese communities and collections, and have submitted some Chinese items into the collection.

Then, when I browse the communities/collections/items list, it shows "disorder", how can I sort them with pinyin?
