Proxy Error

Hi,

I did some changes in the workflow file of the xmlui, the syntax of changes is correct, after that, each time I submit a new item I get the following proxy error:

502 Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request

Reason: Error reading from remote server

Note: Each time the item is submitted, but the response contains this error.

Any suggestions?

I'm gettint the same error on a new component that I developed... It works if I run dspace with "yarn start:dev" but it throws the same error as yours if I run my dspace with pm2.
