Researcher profile Error

I was able to successfully install DSpace CRIS 7.4. However, I have encountered the following issues during the customization process:

1. Researcher Profile Error: An error appears when attempting to create a researcher profile.

2. Entity Drop-Down Arrow: The drop-down arrow for entities is not displaying correctly.

3. Background Image Issue: Despite replacing the default background image with my preferred image, the changes do not take effect. 

Any assistance in resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated.
