DSpace 9 OIA Won't change

Hi, i already change base url in config.cfg, rebuilt, and recopy all the solr and builded dspace backend to tomcat but the OIA still like this, how change this?

go to local.cfg and dspace.cfg  scroll down on email setting side ,edit it then you rebuild the backend using maven package. it will work you email will appear. you can edit anything you want even the name
