Scopus citation not visible

Hello Team,

I am executing scopus-retrieve script to get citation count metric, it is executing successfully but I couldn't see metrics in database (cris_metric table) and not on the interface. 

Previously I used to get citation counts  but now I am unable to get. Can someone guide what could be the issue?
