DSPACE REFUSED TO LOGIN AFTER CHANGING FROM LOCALHOST TO IP

Good day,

I'd like to convey my concern regarding the issue we're encountering. Since transitioning from localhost to IP access, our DSpace system has become unresponsive, rejecting user logins. This disruption has adversely affected our workflow and demands urgent resolution to reinstate smooth operations. I kindly request anyone with a possible solution to assist.

I *suspect* you will find that you are hitting one of our Common Installation Issues listed in the Installation Guide: https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSDOC7x/Installing+DSpace#InstallingDSpace-CommonInstallationIssues   It's difficult to say which one, but if you can locate the underlying error message, then you should check this list of common issues to see if it's listed there.
