solr error as upgrading dspace 6 to 7

Dear All, 

Recently i encounter the error while migrating dspace from 6 to 7. During the process everything went fine until i give the solr restart command. please help me to how to get rid of this error. i tried with several solution available on google of the error that i met. i couldnt solve the error.

root@mseclibrary-V520-15IKL:/home/mseclibrary# su dspace
$ /opt/solr/bin/solr start

The user under which Solr runs has insufficient rights in
/opt/solr/server to create the directory, or some part of the path
/opt/solr/server does not exist.
