Dspace 7.5 - Item-Page Thumbnail

Hello everyone, and thanks in advance again for any help that can be provided.

I’m having an issue with DSpace 7.5: On the item page, the thumbnails for some uploaded objects are not displayed when users are not logged in. This only happens in certain collections; in others, they are displayed correctly.

The option to allow anonymous thumbnail viewing is enabled, and the thumbnails do appear on the homepage, but they do not show up on the item page.

If thumbnails are working on other pages, then my best guess is one of these:

* It's possible  that either an error is occurring on the Item page (you could use the troubleshooting guide to look for errors)

* Maybe you have the MediaViewer enabled on the Item page. I did search around and found this older bug ticket which might be what you are running into? https://github.com/DSpace/dspace-angular/issues/2665

* Or, it's possible you have custom code on the Item page (e.g. a custom theme) which is causing this problem.

Those are my best guesses as thumbnails seem to be working properly on our demo site (https://demo.dspace.org).
