Hello Team,
I am running DSpace 7.3 which was working well till last 3 days ago. Below is the description of the issue:

1. On Some PC's (in work-group or joined to the Domain), users are able to access DSpace without any problem (Users with 1% frequent access to the application).

2. On some other  PC's (mostly joined on the Domain and Daily access to the application):
  • Users are able to login,
  • But some features seems freezing like Side bar (and some menu from the freeze sidebar are freezing but others responding),
  • Login (for logging out) icon freeze,
  • One can list Communities but can't access Sub-communities and items.
3. The above behaviour is observed on chrome,Mozilla and internet Explorer on the affected PC's.

Some troubleshoots:

1. Decommissioned One of the affected PC's from the Domain to work-group but results are the same.
2. Cleared the Cache/Cookies of the web browser and results are the same.
3. Installed new Web browser app and results are the same.
4. Checking DevTools console/Network on chrome and i don't see any helping info as well as in the dspace logs
5. From the DevTools on Mozilla it was reporting Cookies misusing the recommended "SameSite" attribute :
