Make available DSpace 7 in a local network

I made use of the above stated url to make available DSpace 7 in a local network. However my client PCs produce 500 Service Unavailable when they are idle as if session timed out. The Login link and All of DSpace is also unresponsive when clicked from the client PCs but responds when clicked from Server PC. How can I solve this issue..
