fresh install of 10.1 and the page does not load. On the server side when running node ./dist/server/main.js it says (when loading the page) I get

No _links section found at http://dspacedev.library.uvic.ca/server/api/discover/search

So this error above maybe because of http, it should be https

my configs are:
config.yml has
rest:
  ssl: true
  host: dspacedev.library.uvic.ca
  port: 443
  nameSpace: /server

local.cfg has
dspace.server.url = https://dspacedev.library.uvic.ca/server

runnig  npm run test:rest shows
 test:rest
> ts-node -r tsconfig-paths/register --project ./tsconfig.ts-node.json scripts/test-rest.ts

Building production app config
Overriding app config with /opt/dspace/dspace-angular-dspace-10.0/config/config.yml
Overriding app config with /opt/dspace/dspace-angular-dspace-10.0/config/config.prod.yml
...Testing connection to REST API at https://dspacedev.library.uvic.ca/server/api...

RESPONSE: 200

Checking JSON returned for validity...
"dspaceVersion" = DSpace 10.1
"dspaceUI" = https://dspacedev.library.uvic.ca
"dspaceServer" = https://dspacedev.library.uvic.ca/server
"dspaceServer" property matches UI's "rest" config? true
Does "/api" endpoint have HAL links ("_links" section)? true

Any ideas?

Hi,

Take a look at the "Common Installation Issues" section at the bottom of the DSpace 10 install guide.  There's some tips on how to go about solving that error here:

https://wiki.lyrasis.org/spaces/DSDOC10x/pages/408944708/Installing+DSpace#InstallingDSpace-%22No_linkssectionfoundat...%22errorfromUserInterface

There's not a single cause, so you may have to step through the tips in that section of the page.  But, hopefully one of those tips will help you get it fixed.

Hi ,
I just want to say that the AI is a your good friend when facing issues in DSpace. You can simply create a project inside any AI platform and provide DSpace wiki documentation and github codes as your reference.

Cheers,
Gary
