batch Import User error

Hello i am creating a batch file call for example "test.bat" and it includes the following 2 sample  records 

user --add --email jqu...@example.com -g John2 -s User2 --password hiddensecret2
user --add --email jqu...@example.com -g John3 -s User3 --password hiddensecret3 

and then i am going to the command and I'm running the following script

dspace read C:\dspace\bin\ test .bat

 but only the first user is being added and it is disregarding the second one ,it is only taking the first line. 

can anyone help me
