We would like to know more about DSpace as an Open Access Software for develop an Institutional Repository. We would appreciate it if you could provide more information in regards this matter.
Anything that we should consider before we want to develop the Institutional Repository such as cost involve, technical support, software, hardware, server, hosted etc. (to consider budget purpose).
