A question that came to our attention from the business area: does DSpace fully comply with the OAIS model?

Generally speaking, OAIS is a very generic data model, so I'd consider all "repository-like" systems compliant with OAIS.  See the thread for more details.  These details are applicable to all versions of DSpace, as DSpace has always had a data model which is similar to the model described by OAIS.
