Dear All,

We installed Dspace 7.0 to our windows server, and logged in.
After that when we are trying to agree to the end user agreement, there is an error.
There is text: "An error occurred accepting the end user agreement"

Did someone have the same issue?

Hi,

I'd recommend looking for other errors, either in your browser's DevTools or in the backend logs (or both).  If DSpace isn't behaving as expected, it's likely there's a more specific error that can either be found in your browser's DevTools or the backend logs....and that more specific error message should give a clue as to what is going wrong.

Here's our guide for finding those more specific error messages in DevTools or logs:  https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSPACE/Troubleshoot+an+error#Troubleshootanerror-DSpace7.x(orabove)

Once you find the detailed error message, it's possible it's one of these common installation issues: https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSDOC7x/Installing+DSpace#InstallingDSpace-CommonInstallationIssues

If you need more help, feel free to ask on this list.

Tim
