Upload files issue

Whenever I'm trying to upload a file for an item I get the following:

BTW, this issue happens only for some files, not all.

I'd recommend seeing if you can find additional errors in the backend logs.  See the troubleshooting guide: https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSPACE/Troubleshoot+an+error#Troubleshootanerror-3.DebugmodefortheRESTAPI(ifnecessary)

You also might want to try and narrow down the *types* of files which cause the problem.  Are they all one format (PDF vs Word vs something else)?  Are they all large or small files?  Is there anything else you can see in common.

It'd also be best to share which version of DSpace you are using, because it's possible you are hitting an issue that has been solved in a later release.
