Dspace upgrade from legacy version to latest dspace6 to latest

I tried upgrading from a legacy version, got db schema errors, need to understand on the upgrade process for legacy apps, please provide documentation if any

Please provide the legacy version you are migrating from and to what version are you considering to move to.
Each version has its own upgrade considerations and major DB schema changes, which may not allow you to skip versions between the version you choose to migrate to.
