DSpace Usage Statistics not working

[SFIT Library]

Our DSpace does not generate Usage Statistics Report. Can someone help with this? We need a file whose location is given below. Please share. Screenshot is attached herewith.

Location of file [dspace home folder]/conf/GeoLiteCity.mmdb
