Upload Failed

Kindly assist , i am un able to upload anything on DSpace 7.6.

Hello,

First, I would suggest going through the steps in our Troubleshooting Guide to look for a more detailed error message, which may be found through the browser and/or the backend logs.  Does this occur for any different file type you try to upload, or only some types?

I'll also point you toward several past threads where the community has offered other troubleshooting steps for Item upload problems:

• Persistent “upload failed” error in DSpace 7/8 
• "Item Upload failed" error

Hope that can help to get started.

The upload failer happens for any document that i want to upload.

Recently, I migrated from 7.6 to 9.2. Now I have the same "upload failed" problem. Can you share how to fix this problem? We have Apache and Tomcat.
