Missing city information in GeoIP (GeoLite2-City)

Hi all,

I am considering the update of GeoIP data files to the latest.

However, I found out that the latest GeoLite2-City is missing some city information compare to the version of 2018.

For example, 'New Zealand > Hamilton' was in 2018 but, not in the latest version, which is the most important information for my system.

Can you kindly share the ideas about how did you sort out this issue?
