Help! I get error "input line is too long" with "dspace create-administrator"

Hello to everyone!

I new using Dspace-cris, but I have installed in Windows 10 Pro, into D: drive so: D:\Dspace.

I try to create a user or administrato in order to play a little with with Dspace for that I need data, well, when try to make a administrator or user from Powershell or CMD always get the same response:

I am spanish but the message is "The input line is too long" and "wrong command".

How could I fix this problem?
