NOT show whole navigation menu as an administrator access

Hi,

I found when I log in email and password authentication, as an admin, I can show whole menus on the left sidebar.

However, when I log in to Shibboleth or ORCID authentication, I can see only NEW and EDIT menu options.

It is very strange. I have tried this and that way but still cannot figure out why? Can someone guide me out to fix this issue?

I don't have the number in front of me, but this is a known issue with Shib auth...  In the meantime, before it is fixed, all you need to do is refresh the page, and all the admin options should be available for you.
