Set start date for embargo with specific time

Dear All,

I would like to ask if it is possible to set the start date for a certain bitstream for its READ policy to be available for Anonymous users at a specific time in a certain date? I checked and the settings only allowed date in YYYY-MM-DD format. Is it possible to set it at a specific date eg. 2020-12-07T16:00:00.000Z?

I asked because we are planning to have a book launching and would like to make the bitstream open access for that day but for a specific time. If I set it to 2020-12-07, it will make the bitstream available at the start of the day. We would like to have our users 'wait' until the launching finished and we are planning to have a sort of countdown in our book launching program for the bitstream to be open.

I hope this is possible and not that complicated to accomplish.
