DSpace Hosting

Is there a list of companies who offer DSpace Hosting for DSpace 7.0?
I am looking for an inexpensive hosting plan for a small repository.
I'd need to be able to do the configuration and customization, without relying on support staff.

I've found 2 candidates so far, but thought there might be a comprehensive list somewhere.
