Issue with Grant document copy request send button is not working in DSpace CRIS 7

Hello Everyone,
I am using DSpace CRIS, Version: 2023.01.00. In that, I am having the administrator account where I have to grant the document request which will send the email back to the user with the document file. But there the send button is not working. And I have check in the console it is giving me this error (Error: undefined is not a valid constructor for {"type":"itemrequest",).
So, If anyone has any idea that how to solve this. Then, Please let me know.
It's urgent.
