Where can I change the URI in documents?

OK
For example, on the website (Front) of Dspace, when I access the community, the message appears
The message/path is correct! Points to localhost
When accessing a community specified the path is still correct.
Example: http://localhost:4000/handle/123456789/7
ERROR
But when I click on an Article/Post it shows me (File, Date, Authors, Publisher, Collections, Keyword, citation and URI)
In case the URI is pointing to the wrong path, it should be localhost, how can I solve this?
Example: http://dspace.tjpa.jus.br/jspui/handle/123456789/1261
