install dspace 7 backend -- blocked mirror

I am trying to build the dspace 7 backend beta 4.1 (downloaded today), and I am getting the error below.

Java: openjdk 11

Maven: maven 3.8.1

Solr: solr 8.8.2

Can anyone give me a suggestion?

Hi Paul,

Please use 7.0 Beta 5, as that's the latest code.  Beta 4.1 is no longer supported/recommended.
