dspace angular ui add a component

Hello,

I want to add an about page to DSpace 7. I added an entry to the theme.module file and created a folder with the html, scss, and ts files. When I go to the http://localhost:4000/about page it throws a 404 error. Do I need to add the component to another file or create the page a different way?
