Items stucked on workflow

Hi again,

I have installed dspace 7 and migrated data from old dspace 6 to 7 and everything is working fine.

The only problem is users can't archive new items into the repository. On the submission form items seem to be uploaded and deposited successfully, but they are stuck on workflow and not archived. So I tested with an administrator account and indeed item was archived, see attached below

I administered the workflow of one of the researchers who also could not archive his paper, I saw this:

What am I missing?

As you can see on the attachment below, we have over 400 items stacked on workflow. Why is this happening?

Never mind, I have solved it. Nothing was wrong just I didnt pay enough attention to collection parameters.

Dear Sylvester,

I am also facing an issue while migrating from DSpace 6 to 8. The workflow is not functioning correctly. However, when I create a new collection, it works as expected and shows as archived.

Could you please guide me on the procedure to rectify this issue?
