What is the easiest way to empty dspace 7 ?

Hello I want to delete all items from dspace 7 and also from the database and the exisiting relation s between them. Is there any easy way or a guide for it?

Thank you, for anyone who might be wondering, once a collection is deleted all items are deteled along with the bitstreams, and eveything is completely deleted from the database too.
