DSpace 7.6 - submitter metadata unavailable

Hi everyone

When logged in as Administrator, the full item page does not display the submitter information. It only shows 1 field dc.description.provenance which contains the bitstream checksum and such.

In 6.4, it shows a second dc.description.provenance containing submitter information.

Is there anyway to enable this?
