How to add SDGs icons and link them to corresponding SDGs page on homepage?

Cris version：cris-2023.02.03

 

We have successfully created SDGs filter under our Research Outputs page

We are wondering what edits we have to make in angular so that our SDGs icons can link to their corresponding SDGs page as shown in the above screenshot?
