OAI import fail

Good day,

1st time doing import process on fairly new system and I am seeing the error below. 

where/how do I troubleshoot from here?

Hi,

It's unclear which version of DSpace you are using, but this error looks very similar to this bug ticket: https://github.com/DSpace/DSpace/issues/10510   That bug was fixed in DSpace version 7.6.4 and version 8.2.  So, it's possible you just need to upgrade in order to fix this issue.
