DOI Error Message SECOND REQUEST

Hello All,

Please find below the thread for my DOI Error message.

I understand the error message but what I really need is a solution on how to solve the problem i.e where to solve it, what file to make the correction. I need that bit of information. Our backs are against the wall on this and I honestly don't know how to solve it.

Hello,

this error is thrown if an unhandled HTTP response status occurs. Here the code snippet: https://github.com/DSpace/DSpace/blob/dspace-6.2/dspace-api/src/main/java/org/dspace/identifier/doi/DataCiteConnector.java#L469-L500.

You should find a message ‚While reserving the DOI …‘ in the ‚dspace.log‘. Check the HTTP status code in this message.

According to Data Cite all is ok at their end.
