DSpace-CRIS 5.x internal system error without logged traces

Installation: DSpace-CRIS 5 in Docker containers taken from GitHub. To
send mails, an additional container was added to the bundle.
The address of our installation is (temporarily)
http://old.library.usmf.md:8080/jspui/
We introduced researchers, organizations, and projects.
We could view researchers’ profiles.
We added researchers’ articles manually one by one, and all was OK.
Then we added conference proceedings and added articles from them.
After this, we can see list of articles for each researcher but we
don’t see profiles (internal system error).
We worked previously with DSpace, and we know where to search for traces.
This time, we couldn’t find any error in logs: we checked DB logs,
Tomcat logs, DSpace logs, and Linux logs.
