Personalize the url name in the links

Hi! We have a platform based on dspace. I would like to know if it's possible to personalize the url name in the links of our web the Dspace and if that could have any impact in future Dspace version actualizations or any other featture of the software.

Today we have this link name https://editorial.mingeneros.gob.ar:8080/xmlui/handle/123456789/26 we would like to have something like this https://editorial.mingeneros.gob.ar/perspectiva-de-genero-y-diversidad
