Problem in sending verification email to new user

Hello everyone
My DSpace instance is Dspace8.2. Users who enter a Gmail address to register will not receive an email, while other emails will. In testing with the command "dspace test-email" the email is sent successfully to the admin's email address. How can I solve this problem?

We encountered a similar issue with Gmail addresses not receiving DSpace email.

In our case, the issue was that Google (and also Yahoo) have started requiring DKIM and SPF verification for the domain sending the email.

See https://support.google.com/a/answer/81126 for Google's "Email sender guidelines" to personal GMail accounts.

I don't know much about the actual details of getting these configured, but I hope this helps.
