The default license to distribute a submission is in
'config/default.license'. See:

Thanks for answering! but I meant the user agreement there is a text in Latin (skirinshot1). I want to change the text to my user agreement

I think that is probably app/info/end-user-agreement/end-user-agreement-content/end-user-agreement-content.component.html
