Having Problems when uploading PDF Documents to DSpace

Good evening, 

I am currently trying to upload a PDF from an application I am developing using JavaScript. Whenever I upload a PDF to a specified DSpace collection, it uploads the document but when I try to view the document from within DSpace, I get this error .
