Error modifying the upload form (submission-form)

Good afternoon.
I am experiencing these problems when I modify the upload forms from some user. If the item was already loaded with a specific document type, the metadata that should be displayed with the type-bind label is not refreshed. Displays all fields unless you press F5 to refresh and reread the document type that is selected.
How can I fix this from the code that is updated by default?
In the example I share, the ISBN metadata (which is for "Book") and the "Image Format" metadata (which is for "Image") should not be shown.
