Dspace 7.3 change the thème and Make dspace in the network

Hello dspace team
indeed I installed dspace 7.3 (Backend) and Dspac-angular 7.5 (Frendend) and all works well except that:
1- I followed all the instructions on the link http://dspacegeek.blogspot.com/ (Make available DSpace 7 in a local network)
and I managed to access using another PC @ip:4000 but I still have the error 500 Service unavailable.
2- how to change the standard theme of Dspace 7.3 (logo; image banner, etc) and replace images and logo with image of my university for exemple.
what should i do
