The materials from the Nov. 14 ORCID/DSpace update call are now available. Please note that the original recording from the live call was lost due to a glitch, so the recording linked below is a re-recording of the presentation. A few important highlights to point out:
- We are still looking for volunteers to review the remaining pull requests related to the ORCID improvements in DSpace – please see the list of highlighted pull requests in the notes document. If you are actively or planning to review any of the pull requests, please add a note to the pull request in Github to let others know you are working on it (so we can avoid duplication of effort). Thank you!
- If your organization has been using DSpace version 5 or 6 and you have either used the ORCID lookup tool or CSV import functionality to get ORCID iDs into your instance of DSpace, please email orc...@lyrasis.org and let me know and/or leave a comment on this Github ticket: https://github.com/DSpace/DSpace/issues/9530
