Canadian DSpace 7 Consulting?

First post here, my apologies if this is not the right venue for this type of question.
We are a newer Canadian university in the process of implementing our first institutional repository. We have a content expert and a technical support person working on an on-premise installation of DSpace. As we're working through our task list, we're finding that there are a lot of things to consider, and that we don't know what we don't know.
I'm looking for a quote for consulting in DSpace 7, I think it may be beneficial to us to have someone experienced look over what we've done so far, where we want to go, and help us solve some of the early problems that are taking us longer than expected to learn.
Does anyone have any recommendations or leads? I wasn't successful in my search so far.
