Issues with the Author Lookup/ORCID Integration on DSpace 6.3

Hi

I'm having some issues with the Author Lookup/ORCID Integration on DSpace 6.3 

I have followed and completed the steps in https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSDOC6x/ORCID+Integration

However when I search on an Author to add, for instance, Bloggs, Joe it will return a list of results for Bloggs, Joe. where Bloggs, Joe is the same Author/Submitter. Hence it is Ambiguous which one to Add and when using the option to 'view items' this produces an ID, but clicking on the id produces no meaningful results in the Search. 

This seems to happen on Authors with no ORCID ID. Authors with an ORCID ID works OK. 

Essentially, I am expecting to see returned an Author with all items associated with the Author returned in the 'view items' link. 

I can't understand why this not the case. Is there further configuration I need to do to achieve this? 

It seems to relate to the min.confidence level but resetting this has no effect.

Your installation is using XMLUI or JSPUI ?
