Please go through the installation manual prepared for a training

Dear Friends,

Greetings from India.

I have prepared a DSpace 7 based on the official installation instructions for a hands on training programme. Everything works well except localhost:4000 not loading. 

I tried the installation on both Ubuntu 20.04 and 22.04.

Please go through the installation manual and anything wrong in the instructions.
