Hello Trinh,
I believe to modify the community to list all the communities you would need to adjust the elementsPerPage variable in the top-level-community-list.component.ts.
I would recommend creating a custom theme as detailed here if you wish to add a new component. There is useful information here on how to create custom components within the Angular frontend.
