How custon DSpace 7 User licence

Hello,

I would like customize DSpace 7 User Licence  (licence that appear in the end in submission screen), adding a user name.

In previous version (6.x by example) I use %1$s to say for Dspace parser engine fill with the content to the first parameter.

Any idea to solve that question?
