Hi All,

Apols if this is dumb question.

If I have a search which has produced a list of 104 items  e.g.

https://minerva-access.unimelb.edu.au/search?spc.sf=dc.date.available&spc.sd=DESC&spc.page=1&query=dc.type:%22Masters%20Research%20thesis%22%20AND%20dc.date.issued:2019&scope=719f2e43-479d-5291-b761-3db23ca430d2

How do I add these to a list without clicking on each item individually?

Thanks so much,

Bruce.

Hi Bruce,

It's unclear to me what you mean by "add these to a list"?  Are you asking about exporting the results to a CSV?  If so, then there should be an "Export to CSV" button that appears on your search results when you are logged into the system as an Administrator.  If you click this button it'll export the entire list (in this case 104 items) to a CSV file that you can then download.

You can try this out on our demo site at http://demo.dspace.org/   Just use the Administrator login option listed there, perform a search and click "Export to CSV".
