Dear Team,

I have installed Dspace CRIS 8.2 on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS in AWS. I have added the https (443) port using Apache2 for reverse proxying. The site works fine with my domain name, and I can perform other activities. However, the statistics are not showing on the user interface even though I logged in to my admin account. The statistics were working fine when I used the 4000 port. I have tried a lot with editing the site's configuration on Apache, dspace.cfg and local.cfg, usage-statistics, etc. However, it has not worked for me. Please help me resolve this issue and let me know what changes are required to activate the statistics using the 443 port. I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Have a nice Day !

Regards

Dear Team,

It started working after force-restarting the Solr.  Thank You.
